Care ID is a planned bracelet for people who may have trouble sharing their information in an emergency. A proposed QR scan would open a limited Emergency Snapshot, never the whole Care Organizer for public viewing.

Clients or legally authorized representatives would manage permissions. A fuller view for verified professionals, NFC and access logs require further design and review.
Planned offering
Available during qualifying Alinea service and for six months afterward, with expiration notices. For eligible clients with impairments, the planned Care ID has no separate service fee; the bracelet cost would apply.

About Shonte’
Built by someone who has seen what gets lost between visits.
I’m Shonte’ Mervil. My years in healthcare support roles showed me how much work families do outside the exam room: finding the right paperwork, remembering the next call, and making sure someone else knows what changed.
I started Alinea to help families carry that work in a more organized way. Our role is practical and non-clinical. We help keep information and logistics together while families and medical professionals make the decisions that belong to them.

What does Alinea do?
We organize care information and help track non-clinical logistics such as appointments, records requests, referrals and follow-ups, depending on your agreed service.
What does Alinea not do?
We do not diagnose, treat, triage, prescribe, interpret medical information, provide nursing care or respond to emergencies. For medical questions or urgent symptoms, contact your care team or emergency services.
Who can authorize support?
The client or a legally authorized representative. We confirm permissions before contacting offices or sharing information with family members.
How do the binder and PDF files work?
The physical organizer is designed for everyday use. The Emergency Care File gives quick access to essential details and the removable Go File travels to visits. PDF copies can serve as backup.
What is included in ongoing support?
The exact scope is agreed with your family. It may include tracking appointments, referrals, requests for records, follow-ups and next steps, plus authorized communication.
Is Care ID available now?
No. Care ID is in development. The bracelet, QR access and professional views described here are planned concepts, not live services.
